Large folio, 13 ΒΌ x 17 inches, Belgian linen-covered boards, recessed printed paste-paper labels, 2 plates. Book design, typography, binding and press-work are by David and Jonathan Sellers. Hand-set ATF Garamond 459 and 460 types, printed on an 1848 Hopkinson & Cope Albion (double crown) press. Printing was completed May, 2009. The two intaglio prints were drawn on copper plates by the artist, and etched, steel-faced and printed during summer, 2008 by Marjorie Van Dyke on a Wepplo press at Van Deb Editions in New York City. Artwork and types were printed on dampened Somerset Bookwove 175 grs., hand-bound in Belgian linen-covered boards. Hand-sewn headbands. The edition consists of 100 copies, signed by the poet, artist and the printer. Fifteen copies designated I-XV are reserved and copies numbered 1-85 are for sale.


Publication of Letters Censored was celebrated at a reception for the poet and artist, on September 30, 2009, at Michael Rosenfeld Gallery, 24 East 57 Street, New York City.
